Women's Leadership Initiative		The Society's Women's Leadership Initiative was created to support women EPs and encourage female physicians-in-training to consder a career in EP. The Initiative provides non-medical education, mentoring, networking, and professional opportunities specific to women in the field of EP.

Reality EP Series		Reality EP is a series of LIVE online webcasts. Each program features a panel of expert clinican faculty who discuss case footage of critical electrophysiology procedures.
